Description

UIPath uses software robots combined with AI and machine learning presenting data collected to agents quickly so staff can deal with calls more efficiently. This automation has used 14 software robots which allowed for 158400 tasks to be automated as well as 35% avg. reduction in customer calls. It enhanced the data accuracy by 18%.
